Website access and hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owned by René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Accessing the website requires the processing of connection data, particularly your IP address, the time, the requested address, and information about your browser and operating system. This is used to deliver the website, diagnose errors and maintain security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website. Server log retention depends on the configuration enabled with the hosting provider.
Local content and cookies
Fonts, images and scripts are served locally from our webspace. No external analytics or advertising services, embedded social networks or external maps are used. No login cookie is required for the public website. The protected administration area uses technically necessary session cookies for authentication and to protect form entries; these are necessary for the requested administration function (Section 25(2), No. 2 TDDDG).
Contact and contact form
When you contact us using the contact form, we process your details to answer your enquiry. The form collects your name, email address and message; the subject is optional. For enquiries concerning a possible contractual relationship, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (responding to the enquiry).
Form enquiries are stored in the protected database on our webspace. Only authenticated administrators can read them in the administration area. An email notification is also handed over to our configured contact address; the hosting provider and participating email providers process the message for this purpose. The enquiry remains stored in the administration area even if email delivery fails.
Protection against misuse of the form
The contact form uses signed single-use tokens without a login cookie, as well as volume and timing limits. To detect repeated submissions, an identifier is calculated from the IP address required for the connection, using a secret key (HMAC). The unchanged IP address is not stored in these form records. Misuse records and used tokens are cleared after 24 hours when the service is used again. This serves our legitimate interest in protecting the form against misuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider’s server logs described above are separate from these records.
Retention of enquiries

Live chat with the family
Live chat runs on our own hosting. Only when you open the chat do we set a protected, technically necessary chat cookie so that only your browser can access your conversation. Your browser also remembers locally only that you have used chat. Messages are visible to you and the signed-in administration and are automatically deleted after 30 days without new activity. We do not store full IP addresses for chat; a derived identifier is used temporarily for abuse prevention. The online indicator means that a visible administration page is currently reachable. No external chat or marketing service is used.
Notices about new content
For the Updates corner ribbon, your browser remembers on your device which versions of content you have already viewed. Only content keys and their version identifiers are stored in local browser storage. This list is not sent to us or third parties and is not used for visitor statistics. You can remove it in your browser’s website data settings.
Contact form attachments
If you send files with your enquiry, we store them with your message to handle the enquiry. Access is restricted to the signed-in administration area. Files are not made public or forwarded as email attachments. Please send only documents needed for your enquiry.
Our visitor statistics
We analyse page views, viewed sections, referring websites and device categories on our own webspace. A pseudonymous identifier that changes daily is derived from the temporarily processed IP address and device category. Full IP addresses, full referring URLs, search terms and form content are not stored for this analysis. Identifiers are automatically deleted after seven days, and aggregated figures after 90 days, on the next statistics request. We do not use statistics cookies or share this information with external analytics services. Visits are not counted when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
